Frequently
Asked Questions
Do you offer free quotes?
We sure do! Contact us with the details of the job you are needing done, and we can either arrange a quote over the phone or do a site visit if we need to see the job in person to give you an accurate quote.
What area do you service?
We service the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. This includes from Noosa down to Caboolture (including the Hinterland and Glasshouse Mountains).
Are you licensed and fully insured?
Yes, we certainly are. Our Electrical Contractor License number is 89885, Air Conditioning License number is L118885 and our Data Cabling License number is A028869. We have all of our required insurances, including Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. We can issue you an Electrical Certificate of Compliance if necessary.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we are proud to offer a warranty on our workmanship. Warranties for parts and materials are covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you have an hourly rate?
To ensure you pay for service and expertise rather than time spent onsite, we provide upfront quotes based on the job rather than an hourly rate. This is to our clients’ benefit, and guarantees your work is completed efficiently and for a fixed fee. For jobs such as fault finding, where we are unable to provide an estimate, we will always advise the hourly rate prior to the work commencing.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card payments. We can either take payment onsite (using Stripe for secure credit card payments) or you can pay your invoice within 7 days.
Will you let us know before you arrive at the job?
We know how busy everyone is and just how important it is to show up when we say we will! We will always send you a message when we are on our way. We will always give you a reasonable time frame for arrival and communicate openly with you – we know that no one has all day to wait around for a tradie!
Do you clean up after you’ve finished your work?
We will always ensure we leave the workspace neat and tidy, in the condition that we found it in. All rubbish (including any old parts, such as fans or air conditioners that we are replacing) will always be removed.
